The Treasurer has administrative responsibility for the funds and the financial records of the congregation. He makes disbursements according to the instructions from the Church Council and congregation. He makes a regular report to the Church Council. In the absence of the Recording Secretary, he has the authority to countersign legal documents on behalf of the congregation.
